Scottish Gypsy Travellers’ Shamus Mc Phee and his sister Roseanna McPhee are both activists and educationalists. They grew up within the “Tinker Experiment”; a decades long social experiment to settle the Scottish Traveller people between 1940 and 1980 perpetrated by Scottish Government. They both continue to campaign tirelessly for a formal public apology.
